Delivery of your order
Your order will be shipped by registered air mail
An air mail package from Israel takes Between 15-18 working days to arrive
An EMS package will take about 3-4 business days to arrive to the USA and and about 6-8 days to arrive to Australia
There will be extra charge on EMS shipment unless its specified defiantly at your order page
Brosh will expedite your order within 2-4 business days .
Brosh Return Policy
1- We will credit or replace any product providing it is in a new and unused condition within 30 days.
2- Refund will not include 3% credit company commission!
3- Refund will not include shipping expenses (back and forth).
4- Important: There will be no refund on special orders. (Special color ,sizes etc.)
5- There will be no refund on reduced price items.
How to return
6- Important: Due to customs regulations Client have to consult us by e-mail first before returning any package otherwise client will be responsible for any local charges
7- Sent your returning package with tracking number so both sides can follow it. Keep your Postal receipt and tracking number until you receive your replacement/refund.
Please use only USPS and only by their regular post.Do not choose their EMS option since it may stuck at customs and delay your refund ) , Please don't use any other delivery companies
